If you are a new client, please contact me through email or phone. Email: sagecounselingconsulting@gmail.com Phone: (407) 504-1337. If you are an existing client, please email me directly. For new clients I always offer a free 20 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.

I offer private pay sessions that are 160$ per 50 minute session. 

I'm in network with Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare for Virginia residents only. 

 Monday - Thursday 8am -3pm. Final sessions starts at 3pm. I do not offer emergency services, if there is an emergency please dial 911 or visit your local emergency room.  

I do offer consulting services for other mental health professionals and companies. Rates vary on a case by case basis. Please email sagecounselingconsulting@gmail.com for more information.

I currently offer only virtual appointments. By operating a virtual practice as a therapist, I am able to extend my services to all individuals in the state of Virginia, Delaware and Florida, regardless of location.
